 Have your melt unit restored. Don’t throw them away in a landfill. We will provide you with rapid turn around and loaner units while yours is being restored.

We support all Nordson adhesive systems from Roman numeral to all Pro Blue based platforms including Freedom and Liberty melt systems.

Basic Preventative Maintenance (Examples)

• All filtration is saved and re-used.
• Tank flush and clean.
• “Under the skin” assessment and written recommendation for potential parts replacement.
• Exterior cleaning.

Average cost $500.00 - $700.00 (needed parts not included).

Repair As Required (Examples)

• Electronic board, replacement and test.
• Manifold heater replacement.
• Pump repair/recondition.
• Troubleshooting and written recommendation.

Complete Recondition

• Thorough exterior cleaning, options include panel replacement/powder coating of metal panels.
• Complete disassembly of tank, manifold, and pump with inspection and replacement of parts as required.
• Thorough cleaning of all individual components parts utilizing a variety of techniques, producing factory fresh components ready for assembly.
• Complete testing of all functions including electronics, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and controls.
• All reconditions will be preceded by a written estimate for labor, parts, and coatings.
